Because each song is custom-made and personalized based on the information you provide, we do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been placed and production has started.

If you are not satisfied with your custom song, please contact our customer support team. We will be happy to review your request and make reasonable adjustments to the song to better match your expectations.

Please note that revision requests must be related to the original order details, such as lyrics, tone, style, pronunciation, or minor arrangement adjustments. Requests for a completely new song, a different story, or a new music style may require an additional fee.
